I am currently launching a confidential job search seeking an opportunity in a growth-oriented organization.  My objective is to join a company that is at a stage in its growth where it requires an experienced professional in leadership, training, customer service and communications to aid in its development.

 In 2011, I was displaced from American Express after 20 years due to the closing of the Greensboro service center. My time in management and training with American Express has proven to be very valuable and educational. With my varied background of achievement and extensive knowledge of the field, I firmly believe I can provide immediate impact to your company.
